Totus Tuus

July 7-12, 2024
Registration Open

Program levels offered

  • Tracking Mary is a Vacation Bible School (VBS) program for children aged PreK-Kindergarten (or age 4 and up) from 9am to noon Monday-Friday at Ss. Peter and Paul. This program is especially popular and generally fills up first, so turn in your registrations soon!

  • Totus Tuus is a week-long Catholic summer day camp for children from first to 12th grade. This grade counts as the year each child is going into the following year (2024-2025). Totus Tuus promotes the Catholic faith through catechesis, evangelization, Christian witness, and Eucharistic worship. The goal is to help young people grow in their understanding of and strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ by establishing a real and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We can be led to the love of the Father in the Spirit and be made sharers in the life of the Holy Trinity.

    • Grades 1-6: This elementary program runs from 9am to 2:30pm at Ss. Peter and Paul in Loretto, Monday-Friday.

    • Grades 7-12: This Middle and High School program is hosted at St. Thomas from 6-8:30pm each evening Sunday-Thursday.

Totus Tuus includes five essential elements.

  • Proclamation of the Gospel: to arouse faith

  • Apologetics: an examination of the reasons for our beliefs

  • Christian witness: an experience of Christian living

  • Celebration of the Sacrament, especially Holy Eucharist and Confession

  • Active Witness of the Missionary Nature of the Catholic Church

Teachers for the Totus Tuus Program are college-age students, two men and two women. (Generally, one of the men is a seminarian.)
